Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide community engagement and a safe space for underrepresented groups in a corporate world. In Northeast Ohio, corporations have embraced their lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and ally resource groups to enhance talent retention and provide inclusive workplaces. Join representatives from some of these corporations as they highlight the successes of their LGBT and ally employee resource groups and how fostering their growth ensures economic development.
