CCMV Views & Brews: Immigration Policy Under President Trump

A Panel Discussion

One of the results of last year’s presidential election is an intense focus on immigration. From the phase-out of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program to proposed travel bans to merit-based immigration, our political conversation is increasingly polarized about what it means to be an American, who gets to be an American, and what constitutes smart immigration policy.

Panelists include:

Koula E. Glaros-King, Attorney, Community Legal Aid

M.L. Schultze, WKSU reporter/producer

Jeff Stewart, Coordinator, Immigrant Worker Project

This conversation will be moderated by Tim Francisco, Ph.D., Professor of English at Youngstown State University.

Convene for hot dogs and beer at 6:30 p.m. Forum begins at 7 p.m.

Location: Suzie's Dogs & Drafts

                34 N. Phelps Street

                Youngstown, Ohio 44503
